Delivery

Delivery is direct from our supplier.

Delivery charge is £3.95 flat rate for all orders to any destination in the UK or internationally.

Please allow 1 week for UK orders.

International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Personalised order take an additional 3 days.

If possible please do not email us straight after placing an order requesting a delivery date because we receive so many emails and it takes so much time to reply to them. We would rather be spending our time packaging and sending the orders!

Back Orders

It is very rare that we run out of stock. However, if there is an item out of stock we will send you the rest of the goods and the remaining items will follow within a couple of weeks. Please note that payment will be taken at the time of the order as for your security we use Paypal to process our payments and they do not offer facilities for back order payments to be taken at a later date.
